power and agility are the cornerstones to the success of
any well-rounded athlete. To enhance its instructional program,
BatSpeed has joined with Kinetic Connections to help young
athletes combine the study of human movement with baseball/softball
specific skill training. With Kinetic Connections approach,
you will get immediate feedback and training solutions where
you need them most.
Kinetic Connections, located in Antioch,
is a recognized authority in speed and agility personal fitness

Larry Stone |
Kinetic
Connections is owned and operated by Steve Colletti
and Larry Stone. They will also be your instructors
at BatSpeed for speed and agility training. Their
background includes degrees in physical therapy,
certifications in strength and conditioning through
the NSCA and certifications in personal training
through the NCSF.
Between Steve and Larry, there are over 50 years
of experience in the areas of personal training,
sports injury rehab, fitness testing, physical therapy
and strength and conditioning. |

24 hours notice is required when canceling
any lesson or batting cage time. You will be charged
the full amount if you fail to do so. |

Members can reserve
one 30 minute time slot per day (per family member
if a Family Membership is purchased) at no cost |

Scheduling and reservations are on a first
come, first serve basis and are subject to availability. |

Prices are subject
to change at any time and without notice. |

Payment is due prior to the start of lessons,
clinics, etc. |

Theft of product or training items will not
be tolerated. Anyone caught stealing will automatically
lose their privilege to use the facility. Participant(s)
will be billed for the value of the items stolen. |
